Preface
Nowadays , challenges are to create enough sustainable livelihoods so as to end or reduce poverty and absorb unemployment and underemployment , matching the future growth of the work-force . That should take much of the effort of families of the community and should be concentrated . This approach can relieve poverty , boost food production , slow the migratory flows and thereby ease pressure on cities.
In the past job- losses in manufacturing were absorbed by growth in the service industries . But the service sector is now being computerized . Indeed , it has been estimated that nearly three quarters of workers in industrial countries today perform tasks that could be automated .Inevitably , these trends will be at the expense of the old jobs , and it is possible that they will stimulate growth , creating new jobs in other sectors .

Jordan population is nearly 5.2 million with a higher percentage of growth 3.4% annually , Jordan economical market maintains with $ 1.595 . Rapid social and economical changes have had an adverse impact on Jordanians .
Bedouins community is the third party of Jordan population and the poorest class , because of many reasons like their desert environment , far from civilization , and their specific culture. So they extremely need a serious , safe conduct , and magnificent efforts from every other parties, organizations , and planners , because Bedouins are destitute of modern and civilized welfare.
SBCS South Bedouins Cooperative Society is a registered community service establishment located at Zarqa of Jordan. Zarqa the crowded, poorest city. SBCS is implementing community projects that involve Bedouins party in Jordan of young (males and females), illiterate as partners in their community development process by creating livelihoods , and changing old work patterns.
SBCS main goal is to score a modern change of Bedouins quality of life through – out automated jobs and works .
Bedouins of Jordan – 0.25% of population - are some tribes who used to live in the past in the wide desert of Jordan in tents and they are depending on taking care of their cattle's of goats, camels, cows, and sheep as the main source of their living. So the contact between them and the other classes of the society could be difficult.
Jordan government, throughout development plans over the past 50 years had achieved a big range of change in Bedouins system of life. The government had settled Bedouins in different cities and towns and had given them much facilities to join citizen life . But the their cycle of social change is still slow .
SBCS is a lawful organization, registered in Jordan government under law no. (18) License no. 2312. The dynamic, generic, and open-minded establishing group started in survey the developing needs of Bedouins , women , children, and youth Work for prosperity is one of SBCS attempts for the purposes of sharing Bedouins in their community development cycle .
